How much homework will there be?

The amount of homework depends on the type of program in which you participate. In each program there are reading assignments that greatly enhance the course, but you will not be tested on them. Most people find that 1 1/2-2 hours per week is enough time to read the assigned chapters.

Because one of our core strengths is practical application, most of your homework will consist of putting into action commitments you make in the class, then following up with application reports in the next session. In this way, we help you develop the discipline to maintain strong positive habits.

Some programs, like the Leadership Training for Managers, require the creation of application projects that will allow you to directly demonstrate a return on investment to yourself or your organization-they are designed to help you develop frameworks specific to your organization that you can continue to use profitably long after the course is done and the initial project return on investment is realized.
